Appointments will be rescheduled/declined for any client arriving showing any symptoms of illness, even mild.
Please rebook your appointment if you answer yes to any of the following questions.
-Have you tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has within the last 7 days?
- Have you been tested for COVID-19 and are currently waiting for results?
-Do you have any of the following symptoms... fever, dry cough, headache, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell?
- Are you in the high risk category or have any immediate contacts who are? eg over 70, have a pre existing medical condition, are immunocompromised?
As you enter True Beauty please use the sanitiser provided at the entrance.
I will be wearing a mask for the duration of your appointment, you are welcome to take yours off while you are in the treatment room.
Please place handbags, clothing, jewellry, wallets, phones etc in the plastic containers provided.
Please do not pick up or use your phone during your appointment.
Please be on time to your appointment. If you are early please wait in your car, if you are late please understand that I will need to shorten your appointment time. This is to allow me time to thoroughly clean and sanitise between each client.
I WILL NOT be wearing gloves for massage/facial treatments, however if you would prefer that I do, I am more than happy to!
Please bring your own water bottle to your appointment, I am unable to offer a drink to you at this time
Please come to your appointment on your own. I am unable to accomodate more than one person in the beauty room at a time.
